Base Habitation - site of the month

Overview

Early in my learning journey, I recreated the Base Habitation website, which was awarded Site of the Month and featured on the Awwwards platform. This project helped me understand how designers approach visually engaging, high-impact websites.

Through this recreation, I learned how critical visual assets such as images, typography, color palettes, and layout are in shaping user perception and creating an immersive experience. I also gained insight into how thoughtful design and storytelling directly influence brand value, user engagement, and conversion rates.

Websites of this nature often deliver a high return on investment by combining strong visuals with clear messaging a strategy even industry leaders like Apple consistently use.
